Material from a bulk source (IBC bin, silo, or hopper) is conveyed into the weighing bin via a dosing system (screw, vibratory, or pneumatic). A load cell weighs the product in real-time, and once the target weight is reached, the system automatically cuts off the feed and transfers the batch into the downstream process like mixing, blending, or packing.
