The Bin Blender, also known as an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) Blender, is a high-performance blending system designed for efficient, dust-free, and contained mixing of dry powders and granules. Widely used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, and chemical industries, this advanced blender enables blending, storage, handling, and transport in a single container—streamlining operations and eliminating cross-contamination risks.
The IBC Bin containing the material is securely clamped onto the blending arm. As the arm rotates along a 360° axis, a tumbling motion is imparted to the material inside the bin, ensuring uniform and homogenous blending without any product degradation.
