A mobile sack lifting trolley is a compact battery-powered stacker in SS 304/316L that raises 25 to 50 kg bags and small containers on a platform, V-cradle, or fork attachment to machine charging height. It moves freely between stations on castors, eliminating repetitive manual lifting above safe ergonomic limits across dispensing, sieving, and charging duties.
The operator places the bag on the attachment at waist height, steers the trolley to the machine, and raises the load with a push-button electric actuator or sealed hydraulic pump running from an onboard battery. At height, the platform tilts or the operator slides the bag into the machine inlet. Brakes lock the castors during lifting, and a low-battery cutout protects the drive.
