Cleanroom fixtures are the enclosure, transfer, air-handling, and gowning components that turn a controlled room into a validated ISO 14644 cleanroom. Built in SS304, SS316L, and powder-coated GI with flush, crevice-free joints, they hold ISO Class 5 to 8 conditions, 10–15 Pa pressure cascades between zones, and daily GMP cleanability for pharmaceutical, biotech, and food facilities.
Modular wall and ceiling panels form a sealed shell with coved junctions. Terminal HEPA filters supply clean air while low-level return risers sweep particles toward the exhaust. Personnel enter through gowning rooms and air showers, and materials pass through static or dynamic pass boxes whose interlocked doors never open together. Differential pressure gauges confirm the cascade before each transfer, and flush-sealed LED fixtures avoid particle traps.
