A utility valve station is a compact, pre-piped panel that delivers steam, water, compressed air, nitrogen, or cooling water to a point of use with isolation, control, and quick connections in one place. JBM stations cover hose stations, multi-utility drops, point-of-use and clean steam stations, cooling water supply and return sets, and safety showers, in wall, floor, or column mounting with 15–50 NB connections and 2–6 utilities.
Utility headers are tapped at the station, and each line passes through an isolation valve, strainer, and non-return valve before reaching its outlet. Hose stations blend steam and water in a mixing valve to deliver hot washdown water at a set temperature. Quick couplings, colour-coded labels, and gauges make each outlet easy to identify. Clean steam stations add a trap and sampling valve, and safety showers are fed by tempered potable water.
