- Pre-Filter (10–25 µm) Before Fine Cartridge (<1 µm): Pre-filter extends fine cartridge life 5–10× — removes coarse load before sterile or final grade filter.
- Pleated (Absolute-Rated) Cartridge for Critical Applications: Pleated membrane cartridge provides absolute filtration rating — no channelling; validated 99.99% removal efficiency.
- Anti-Collapse Core (SS 316L Perforated Core Inside Cartridge): Rigid internal core prevents collapse under reverse flow or pressure surge — rated for CIP reverse flush.
- Sanitisable (SIP, 121°C) Housing + Single-Use Cartridge Replacement: SIP-rated housing sanitised in place between batches; cartridge disposed after each campaign — zero biofilm.
- Diffusion/Bubble Point Test Connection on Housing (Integrated Test Port): Test port enables in-situ bubble point or diffusion test before each batch — GMP integrity assurance without housing removal.
